Improvements Coming to Data List & Announcement Creator

Streamlined Content Creation REACH has launched 2 new updates that will improve the Data List and Announcement creator for all clients. A “vendor integration” option was being listed in the “Transport” dropdown menu of the data list application. This caused some confusion for clients, so the option has been removed. Custom integrations can still be set up using APIs, URLs, and other means. Additionally, professionally designed templates can now be accessed from within the Announcement Creator application. You can now pull templates for birthdays, anniversaries, and employee spotlights directly from your announcement. This will streamline the designing process and allow for content to be created more efficiently. REACH Introduces Playlist Grouping & New Integration

REACH Implements PerfectMind Integration & Playlist Grouping REACH’s content-management system will now offer integration with PerfectMind in the calendar application and the ability to group playlist items together. To pull calendars from your PerfectMind account, you need: With the new grouping option for playlist items, you will be able to create and rename groups, edit the groups, and copy and paste groups from one playlist to another. When you group items together, whether the playlist timeline is set to linear, loop, or timed, everything within that group will play back to back. It will play EVERYTHING in order. Please note: You will only be able to see groups within the playlist application on a standard or condensed view. If you are viewing from a timeline view in the application, you will not be able to see the group. Expanded Features Added to Sports Scores Application

Greater Functionality Coming to the Sports Scores Application REACH is introducing new functionality to the Sports Scores application that allows users to modify the range of sports information in a more precise manner. Below you will see the new design of the application’s settings. From here, you can display scores from every team in a league (MLB, NBA, NFL, etc.) or you can filter your display down by a conference or even a specific team. For instance, if you only want to show sports teams from Minnesota, you can filter between Vikings, Wild, Timberwolves, and Twins. Clients will be able to tailor their content to the needs of their audience. Each display can present different levels of information, from entire leagues down to specific conferences. PRE-DESIGNED TEMPLATES Choose a pre-built template from one of our various categories. Examples include Birthday, Anniversary, Recognition Templates, and more! MANAGE TAGS Organize and manage your content using tags. Apply one or more tags to a specific asset, ensuring complete organization and quick accessibility. LAYOUT EDITOR — TIMELINE OPTIONS TIME-BASED TIMELINE OPTION Time-Based allows you to control how long you want each app to play before going to the next app within the timeline. You can also control how long each slide of content will display within your total app duration. LINEAR TIMELINE OPTION Linear playlist plays the entire app before displaying any other apps in the timeline. It is not controlled by time, as time within each app varies.
